Risks and Risk Management

We have identified our most significant sustainability risks in relation to the challenges the world is facing and how our operations impact the climate. Exceeding planetary boundaries poses significant risks to our future. To contribute to the global agenda, Malmberg aligns its operations and goals with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and the international climate agreement. This work is ongoing as both our operations and society are subject to change. The identified environmental aspects and risks form the basis of our sustainability agenda and goals.

IA for a safer tomorrow

we recognize that secure and aware employees are our most valuable asset! That’s why we use the IA system to ensure a safe and secure working environment at Malmberg. The platform handle deviations related to occupational health and safety, quality, environment, property, and security. It also helps us gain an overview of our operations and prevent accidents through digital checklists for activities such as safety rounds and risk analyses. The IA system also captures improvement suggestions, enabling employees to participate in the development of occupational health and safety. Consistent with our philosophy, our aim is, of course, zero accidents, but also a high number of incidents and risk observations.
