Det \u00e4r en stad<br>som pr\u00e4glas av sm\u00e5f\u00f6retag och industrier. Faktum \u00e4r att de v\u00e4lk\u00e4nda industrierna Arla och \u00c5bro \u00e4r placerade i Vimmerby. N\u00e5gra av Sveriges mest k\u00e4nda karakt\u00e4rer ocks\u00e5 har sitt hem i Vimmerby, n\u00e4rmare best\u00e4mt p\u00e5 barnens favoritplats: Astrid Lindgrens V\u00e4rld.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-vimeo wp-block-embed-vimeo wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Vimmerby\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/909079958?dnt=1&amp;app_id=122963\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture; clipboard-write\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Vimmerby avloppsreningsverk var tidigare dimensionerat till 92.000 PE och har nu byggts ut till ca 150.000 PE, f\u00f6r att klara av de belastnings\u00f6kningar som industrierna medf\u00f6r. Reningsverket har d\u00e4rf\u00f6r byggts ut med en industriell del och en kommunal del.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4r industrivattnet har g\u00e5tt igenom ett f\u00f6rbehandlingsskede i den industriella delen s\u00e5 pumpas vattnet vidare till den kommunala delen. Denna l\u00f6sning togs fram f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla renhetsgraden p\u00e5 det industriella vattnet innan det n\u00e5r det kommunala. I f\u00f6rbehandlingen anv\u00e4nds en syrefri teknik, d\u00e4r nedbrytningen av f\u00f6roreningarna sker under bildning av biogas. I den kommunala delen sker grovavskiljning, f\u00f6rf\u00e4llning, biologisk nedbrytning, kemisk efterf\u00e4llning och slutfiltrering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:96px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" id=\"mariastugan\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-bla-color has-text-color has-link-color has-x-large-font-size wp-elements-18d62bdcf8ff5e2a7e0369253fca7eb1\">Mariastugan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sveriges f\u00f6rsta LFM30-pilotprojekt f\u00f6r klimatneutralt byggande<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I H\u00f6llviken i sydv\u00e4stra Sk\u00e5ne har bygg- och arkitektbolaget Siegel skapat n\u00e5got alldeles unikt. Mariastugan \u00e4r ett bostadshus som imponerar p\u00e5 m\u00e5nga s\u00e4tt. Projektet best\u00e5r av 40 hyresl\u00e4genheter f\u00f6rdelade p\u00e5 ett-, tv\u00e5-, tre- och fyrarumsl\u00e4genheter i tv\u00e5 separata byggnadskroppar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"681\" src=\"https:\/\/hallbarhetsrapport.malmberg.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/03\/mariastugan-projekt-i-fokus-1024x681.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1003\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hallbarhetsrapport.malmberg.se\/2023\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/03\/mariastugan-projekt-i-fokus-1024x681.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/hallbarhetsrapport.malmberg.se\/2023\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/03\/mariastugan-projekt-i-fokus-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/hallbarhetsrapport.malmberg.se\/2023\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/03\/mariastugan-projekt-i-fokus-768x511.jpg 768w, https:\/\/hallbarhetsrapport.malmberg.se\/2023\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/03\/mariastugan-projekt-i-fokus.jpg 1204w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Husen i H\u00f6llviken har uppn\u00e5tt utm\u00e4rkta energiprestanda som \u00e4r j\u00e4mf\u00f6rbara med Milj\u00f6byggnad Guld-standard. De har integrerat f\u00f6rnybar energi i form av solhybridpaneler, solpaneler och bergv\u00e4rmepumpar. Dessutom har varje l\u00e4genhet takterrasser och balkonger f\u00f6r odling, samt tillg\u00e5ng till gemensamma faciliteter som ett v\u00e4xthus, pool, g\u00e4stl\u00e4genheter, verkstad, bastu och tr\u00e4ningsrum. M\u00e5let har varit att erbjuda l\u00e4genhetsinnehavarna den frihet och komfort som normalt bara \u00e5terfi nns i enskilda villor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malmberg var tidigt involverad i projektet och utf\u00f6rde energiborrning av sex brunnar till 260 meter f\u00f6r uttaget av energi.
