Organization and governance of sustainability work<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Sustainability work at Malmberg is comprehensive and managed through our management system, which consists of processes, control documents, goals, and action plans. We constantly strive for improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our basic principle is to follow the precautionary principle, which is integrated into our processes and monitored through our operations system. Each year, the work is reviewed by internal and external auditors and reported to management and the board. The CEO of Malmberg Group is responsible for sustainability work. We are certified according to ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 3834-2 to ensure a structured sustainability practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To achieve our set goals, knowledge and commitment from all employees are required, actively supported and promoted through training and information.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

UN’s Global Sustainability Goals – Agenda 2030<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The global goals are the most ambitious agenda for sustainable development that the world’s countries have ever adopted and aim to achieve four amazing things by 2030: To eradicate extreme poverty. To reduce inequalities and injustices in the world. To promote peace and justice. To solve the climate crisis. The 17 different sustainability goals provide guidance for everyone’s commitment to establishing a clear plan and taking necessary actions until 2030, to create long-term sustainable development, eradicate extreme poverty, solve the climate crisis, and reduce inequalities and injustices in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Achieving these goals requires great commitment from everyone, at both international and national levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
