We are the fifth generation leading Malmberg. By carrying the legacy of Jöns Malmberg, our great-great-grandfather, we develop sustainable solutions in water purification, drilling, biogas, and geothermal energy. We know that we make a difference. And we must make that difference count. For while we are the fifth generation, we are also the first generation. The first to fully understand the scope of climate change. And the first with the tools to enable a better future.
That’s why our goal must be nothing. Zero emissions. Zero pollution. Zero waste. But nothing is impossible without you. Our employees, our customers.
Through Generation Zero, we have created a platform for us to develop our personnel, our business, and our customers. Working on solutions for clean energy and clean water positions us well in the market for many years to come.

Zero Day – A Sustainable Success
During the spring, we prepared our event “Zero Day.” Zero Day became a meeting place for our values, joy, and insights into our sustainability and occupational health and safety work.
The entire spring was an escalation of various activities and preparations aimed at arousing interest among our employees for Zero Day. Point collection competitions and quizzes were created, with the answers to be found in our sustainability report for 2022 – this to create increased awareness among our staff.
June 2nd was a full day filled with valuable activities spanning topics such as sustainability and occupational health and safety. Our theme permeated the entire event, and we are proud of how the participants integrated our shared values – competence, creativity, openness, and joy – into their discussions and activities.
