Risks and Risk Management

Risks and Risk Management

We have identified our most significant sustainability risks in light of the challenges the world faces and how our operations impact the climate. Exceeding the planet’s boundaries poses significant risks to our future. To contribute to the global agenda, Malmberg directs and sets goals for its operations in line with the UN’s global goals and the international climate agreement. This work is ongoing as both our operations and society are constantly changing. Identified environmental aspects and risks form the basis of our sustainability agenda and goals.

Protect Yourself and Your Colleague

It is important that everyone in the organization understands the importance of being aware of the work environment and reporting any deviations to our deviation system. By conducting management training together with our partner WSP, we demonstrate our commitment to ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. By being 100% up to date on issues related to the work environment, we can together create a safe and pleasant workplace where everyone can thrive and perform at their best.

During the year, we have developed a new strategy to increase engagement so that people take the time to make risk observations. In 2023, we have set goals for each professional group and employee to create clarity in the organization. In 2024, we aim to achieve 174 observations.
